‘The Simpsons’ Treehouse Of Horror XXX Takes On ‘Stranger Things’

When stars align, amazing things happen.

“The Simpsons”‘ 30th Treehouse Of Horror was devilishly scheduled to be its 666th episode. And “Bat Groening” did not disappoint. The longest-running American sitcom parodied Netflix’s science-fiction-horror, “Stranger Things”.

The episode features Ned Flanders trying to sacrifice demon Maggie as he sees the “Mark of the Beast” on her head, which, before revealing the “666”, is joked to be Mickey Mouse. Marge and Homer storm in to save the day but then look to a copy of What To Expect When You’re Expecting The Antichrist when they see the condition of their baby.

Milhouse gets trapped in another dimension, and his parents devise strategies to retrieve their son.

As for Homer, he died, but heaven wasn’t quite ready for him, so it sends his spirit back to earth to inhabit new bodies.

Homer’s favourite sister-in-law, Selma, finally found love with Kang.
