Scarlett Johansson spoke about filming “Black Widow” and revealed whether or not her character actually died in “Endgame” during an appearance on Monday’s “Tonight Show”.
Johansson explained how she’d just finished shooting the Marvel movie in London, which is set to be released May 1, 2020.
“It brought a closure to me that I needed, ’cause I was kind of wiped out after that last one—emotionally and literally.”
She added that fans were adamant that Black Widow hadn’t died in the last “Avengers” flick. However, ScarJo insisted: “No, I think death is the final thing.”
Johansson also spoke about her engagement to Colin Jost during the interview, with Fallon joking about how his “Weekend Update” co-host Michael Che had said he wanted to plan his bachelor party.
Johansson shot back, “Oh, no. I don’t think that’s a good idea. I feel like if he throws it, it’s gonna be by the Port Authority, and it’s gonna be very local.”
