Lady Antebellum shares a glimpse of the bandmates’ lives at home in the group’s brand new music video.
The visuals for the single “What I’m Leaving For” feature home videos of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood’s children and spouses. The aim, to show fans and their kids what they’re leaving the road or home for.

“And it kills me that I gotta go / Couldn’t do it if I didn’t know / That every time I’m walking out that door / You know what I’m leaving for,” the country trio sings.
“I wore out the demo for this song. I immediately related to it,” Haywood said in a statement about the song. “It’s so hard stepping away from your family the way we do, and that song is such a great, beautiful way of articulating what we’re out here doing this for – our families, and those that we love and the fans that love us, too. This song is a beautiful picture of that push and pull of our journey.”

“What I’m Leaving For” is featured on Lady Antebellum’s upcoming album Ocean.
Ocean will be released on Nov. 15.
