Dwayne Johnson’s mother is celebrating her 71st birthday, and her son took to social media to share a sweet birthday message for his mom — along with a joking warning to behave herself during an upcoming trip to Las Vegas.
In a video the former WWE champ shared on Instagram, he films himself while singing “Happy Birthday” to his mom, Ata Johnson.
“Happy birthday mom,” he says as leans in for a hug. “From your one and only child — I think I’m your only child,” he quips as she raises her eyebrows in surprise. “I’m kidding! Happy birthday.”

He continues to joke in the caption. “Happy 71st Birthday to best mom this lucky dude could ever be blessed with. Our family is so grateful you were born and for being such a high quality example to our baby girls,” he writes.
“Now go enjoy your birthday weekend in Vegas,” he adds, “and remember everyone has cel phones at the ‘Magic Mike’ show, so be cool – the internet is forever.”
