Just in time for Halloween, BBC is releasing the first trailer for the highly anticipated “Dracula” series.
The production between Netflix and BBC One comes from “Doctor Who” and “Sherlock” writers Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss which should be enough of an incentive to watch the three feature-length episode series.
“Try and stay calm, you’re doing very well,” Dracula, played by Claes Bang, says to one of his victims.
A synopsis from the show describes how viewers will follow arguably the most famous vampire “from his origins in Eastern Europe to his battles with Van Helsing’s descendant and beyond.”
There is no word on when it will come to Netflix for those on this side of the pond, but for those in the U.K “Dracula” will premiere on Christmas Day because nothing says holiday spirit like a blood-sucking vampire.
