Antonio Banderas was pretty flattered by Madonna’s obsession with him.
The “Pain and Glory” star appeared this week on “The Jess Cagle Show” on SiriusXM and was asked how he felt about being a huge subject of Madonna’s 1991 documentary “Truth or Dare”.
Banderas revealed that he actually got a called from Madonna asking if she could show him the documentary, and even told him that if he was uncomfortable with it, she would cut him out of it.
“I said, ‘Yeah, that’s fine. You can use my image in there,'” Banderas recalled.
Banderas also talked about his iconic role voicing the character of Puss In Boots in the “Shrek” series and his choice to do the deepest, most suave voice he could pull off.

“It’s like this cat never looked at himself in the mirror,” the actor explained. “He doesn’t even know that he’s little.”
Asked about the number of films in the franchise, Banderas teased that, “Somebody said to me that there may be another around.”
