Production Starts On ‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’ With Anthony Mackie And Sebastian Stan

Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan are back in their Marvel gear.

On Tuesday, production officially started on the new Disney+ MCU series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, with the two stars reprising their roles from the “Captain America” films.

“I’m showing everybody how we doing it, Marvel-style, VIP status,” Mackie said in an Instagram Stories update from the set. “It’s Falcon all day.”

Stan then took over the stream to add that he’s “very excited.”

“Yo, what just happened? I heard Sebastian is on this account too,” Mackie joked. “Who gave him the password? This is ludicrous.”

Stan continued, “I don’t know what he’s talking about because the truth is, I’m the one that really has been around for a longer time, so he’s wrong, I’m right, and that’s that.”

And so it begins!

The series is slated to premiere in the fall of 2020 on the new Disney streaming platform, and will also star Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, and Wyatt Russell.
