Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen took on the roles of Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy during an appearance on Wednesday’s “Late Show”.
Stephen Colbert had the pair reenact that Ukraine call after telling them he wanted to plan a “Trexit” — getting Trump to leave the Oval Office.
The talk-show host told the British stars, “Let me set the scene… You’re on the phone with the Ukrainian president, his country’s been invaded by the Russians, you’ve got the military aid he needs but you’re not gonna give it to him unless you get the pro quo back.”
Mirren then whispered, “Zelenskyy, I’d like you to do us a favour though,” to which Colbert ruled: “Guilty!”

McKellen said, raising his hands like a gun: “I’d like you to do us a favour though.”
As Mirren eventually pointed out there was no way of saying the phrase other than guiltily, Colbert asked: “Helen, can you be the president of the United States?”
