Jeff Goldblum has said he “would consider working with” Woody Allen again despite allegations of sexual abuse.

Scarlett Johansson first made waves when she said she would work with the director “any time.” His adopted daughter, who raised the concerns, fired back at Johansson on Twitter.

“Because if we’ve learned anything from the past two years it’s that you definitely should believe male predators who ‘maintain their innocence’ without question,” Farrow tweeted. “Scarlett has a long way to go in understanding the issue she claims to champion.”

Now Goldblum, who starred in Allen’s “Annie Hall”, said that he had such a good time working with him at the time he would do it again.

“I think there is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty,” Goldblum told i News. “I know I enjoyed working with him many years ago and I sat in with his band once too.”

The actor added that he is a big supporter of #MeToo but until he has learned of “something more” his opinion won’t be changed.

“Even though I feel like this cultural shift [the #MeToo movement] is very, very positive and long overdue and I support it wholeheartedly and take it very seriously, I also admire [Allen’s] body of work,” he said. “So I would consider working with him again until I learned something more.”

Farrow has accused Allen for many years of sexual abuse, first in 1992. Criminal charges were never filed.

It seems like Hollywood is split on the support of the director, with some stars supporting him and others who worked with him donating their salaries to anti-harassment organizations.
