Maren Morris celebrated Jimmy Kimmel’s birthday in the best way possible.

On Wednesday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, the 29-year-old country star helped the talk-show host celebrate his 52nd birthday with a “special” song written just for him.

Before breaking into the hilarious performance, Morris explained she watches the show every night and knows everything about Kimmel.

“To celebrate your life tonight, I decided to write a song about you,” she explained.

But it didn’t take long for Kimmel to question how the pregnant country star could be in Hollywood after performing at the CMA Awards in Nashville earlier in the night, where she led the pack with six nominations and took home Best Album of the Year.

“Don’t worry about it. I’m here,” mused the singer.

Sporting a birthday hat, Kimmel sat with his legs crossed and watched as Morris began the song: “James Christian Kimmel, born November 13, 1967, is an American television host and producer!”

“It sounds like you’re just reading my Wikipedia page,” interrupted Kimmel of Morris’ lyrics.

After proceeding with his “early life and family,” the Grammy Award winner finally came clean, confessing she’s had a busy week.

“I didn’t have time to write you a special little birthday song, so I went on Wikipedia.”
