Matthew Perry’s “Friends” character Chandler Bing was known for many traits.
But his dancing couldn’t be any more famous, that is until Joaquin Phoenix’s take on “Joker” hit the scene.
However, Perry is taking the credit for Phoenix’s dance scene by sharing a side-by-side picture of the two with their arms up in the air while the caption reads “Cinematic parallels.”

“You’re welcome,” Perry tweeted out. “Sorry I don’t know who made the image, but bravo.”

Fans were quick to jump in with other comparisons of Chandler to Joker and it is hard to argue that if Phoenix wins an Oscar for this performance he better be giving Perry a shoutout.
