Céline Dion spoke about her love life during an appearance on Monday’s “Watch What Happens Live”.
Dion lost her husband René Angélil in 2016 and insisted she isn’t dating anybody right now. However, that doesn’t mean she might not find someone in the future.
She told a caller, “I don’t date. I don’t have a boyfriend.
“And, you know, it doesn’t mean that I will not find someone in my life. If I do, that would be great. If I don’t, that would be great.”
“Once you love so much– you know, I’ve been living all my life with René; he’s still within me. I see him through the eyes of my children every day.”
Dion also joked about those tabloid rumours she was dating her best friend Pepe Muñoz because the pair had been spotted holding hands.
Confirming Muñoz was gay, Dion insisted: “We’re in show business and the tabloids — this industry is made for that.”
Dion also spoke about originally not wanting to do “My Heart Will Go On”, as well as opening up about not being sure she could hit the high note in her song “All By Myself”.
