Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Schumer, Phoebe Waller-Bridge Take In David Byrne Show In NYC

Move over Taylor Swift, Amy Schumer has the ultimate girl squad.

The comedian joined longtime pal Jennifer Lawrence and “Fleabag” creator/star Phoebe Waller-Bridge for a girls night out in New York City.

The epic trio took in Davis Byrne’s American Utopia show at the Hudson Theatre.

Schumer shared a look inside their night out on Instagram, writing, “I guess that this must be the place,” which is a lyric from Byrne’s band the Talking Heads’ song “This Must Be The Place”.

Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld, Seth Meyers and Amy‘s husband Chris Fischer were also in attendance. In fact, Jessica even shared her own footage from backstage.

Schumer, 38, planned the A-lister outing according to Jessica, writing to Instagram, “Amy Schumer took some lucky ones to see brilliant David Byrne’s American Utopia last night (and we got to meet the phenomenal cast of musicians).”

“We then across the street to Jimmy’s Corner, which is a real not to be missed NYC bar experience,” she continued. “Dress in layers or bring scissors.”
