T.I. Calls Himself A ‘Philosopher Of Sorts’ During ‘Red Table Talk’ With Wife Tiny

In a new teaser for his upcoming tell-all interview on “Red Table Talk”, T.I. admits his infidelity almost cost him his marriage.

The rapper joined his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, on Monday’s episode of Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Facebook Watch series and opened up about what went wrong.

According to Tiny, while T.I. was serving time, she found her “voice” and it was not something he was used too.

“Me just coming back and not being in the position I was in,” he said. “It left me feeling lesser than, so I had to go and figure out ways to make me feel proper and adequate. And that led to things that led to things that led to things.”

Tiny added, “Once I got on my own two feet, I felt like I should have a voice too. That voice, it was a little different than he was used to.”

And Tiny says that “voice” led T.I. astray, “Because I had a voice that was not timid… he went and found himself somebody that he can be like ‘Hey, don’t move, do this, do that.’ And I was not her.”

Later on in the interview, T.I. declared himself a “philosopher of sorts,” even saying that’s why he’s spoken out on his marriage.

“I feel [I’m] somewhat of a philosopher of sorts,” he said, adding that he likes to express his feelings when “there is a perspective that I feel is interesting that I would like to share with people for the purpose of advancement of the generation.”

Back in Dec. 2016, Tiny filed for divorce from her husband of six years. But they worked through T.I.’s infidelity and are still married today.

T.I.’s episode of “Red Table Talk” airs Monday on Facebook Watch.
