Three of Britain’s most famous and loved people are joining together to make Christmas just a little more bright.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and “The Great British Bake Off” star Mary Berry have announced “A Berry Royal Christmas”.
The special that will air on BBC One will feature the three coming together “as they serve a festive feast to thank those who are spending their Christmas helping others.”
Kensington Palace tweeted out a few behind-the-scenes pictures of what viewers can expect including Kate Middleton icing cakes with Berry at RHS Garden Wisley where the two chat about the Duchess’ commitment to youth before visiting Action on Addiction.
Berry and Prince William also visit The Passage Charity to learn about the foundation’s homelessness prevention.
The programme will wrap up with the three hosting a Christmas party for the staff and volunteers of all the charities in the true fashion of giving back.
“A Berry Royal Christmas” will premiere on Dec. 16 on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer. No Canadian affiliates have been announced yet.
