Tweeting, writing or any using form of social media from a Pete Davidson comedy show could cost you. One million to be exact.
A woman shared the NDA she received before heading to Davidson’s show at the Sydney Goldstein Theater in San Francisco that states “the individual shall not give any interviews, offer any opinions or critiques, or otherwise participate by any means or in any form whatsoever (including by not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, or any other social networking or other websites whether no existing or hereafter created.”

It added, “In the event of breach of this agreement, individual shall pay company, upon demand, as liquidated damages, the sum of one million dollars, plus any out of pocket expense.”
Variety has confirmed with sources that those going to the “SNL” star’s upcoming Chicago show will also be asked to sign the same NDA.

Davidson isn’t the first celebrity to ban sharing content from their shows. Both Dave Chappelle and Madonna have done the same.
