Kelly Clarkson still has her Tennessee manor on the market.
“The Kelly Clarkson Show” host has had her lakeside mansion on the market since March 2017. Clarkson recently slashed the asking price of the 20,000 square foot manor home from $8.75 million to $7.5 million.
The luxurious property, which is about 40 kilometres outside of Nashville, covers four acres that’s situated along Old History Lake. The house was built in 2007 and purchased by the singer in 2012, per Park at Home.
There is plenty of room in Clarkson’s mansion: seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. There are also plenty of activities available, from a large salt pool and spas to a movie theatre and sand volleyball court.
One of the most eye-grabbing details of the mansion is the elegant double-staircase that leads into a grand foyer. Mixing business and play, Clarkson’s home has a two-level office and a games room. If your groceries are too heavy to lug around the home, take the elevator.
Clarkson and her husband Brandon Blackstock lived on the property with her two children: River, 5 and Remington, 3, and two step-children.
