The action-packed first trailer for the upcoming “Black Widow” movie has finally been released.
Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in the clip, with her breaking into an apartment ready to fight, only to be greeted by her “sis” Yelena (played by Florence Pugh).
Natasha explains in the trailer: “I’ve lived a lot of lives, but I’m done running from my past.”
She also says she has “unfinished business,” adding: “We have to go back to where it all started.”
The likes of David Harbour as Alexei aka The Red Guardian, Rachel Weisz as Melina, as well as Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury and Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton/Hawkeye are also seen in the teaser.
The film takes place after the events of “Captain America: Civil War” unfolded. Fans will know by now that Johansson’s character sacrified herself in “Avengers: Endgame”.
“Black Widow” is set to hit theatres April, 2020.
