Sharon Osbourne Says ‘NBC Can Kiss My A**,’ Goes Off On Simon Cowell’s ‘Boys Club’ On ‘The Talk’

There is no love lost between Sharon Osbourne and the forces of “America’s Got Talent”.

Gabrielle Union was recently removed from the judging lineup on “AGT” and her short stint caught people off guard. What came after were allegations of racism and other on-set issues brought forward by Union.

Howard Stern, who was once a judge on the talent competition program, accused Cowell of regularly swapping out the women for “hotter chicks and younger chicks.” Meanwhile, “He sets it up that the men stay” regardless of “how old they are” or “how talentless they are.”

Osbourne agreed with Stern’s assessment of the show in a fiery rant on Global’s “The Talk”.

“It is a boys club, okay, it is,” Osbourne stated. “And the boys take care of each other, and the women are not paid as much as the men. I was on the show before Howie [Mandel]… I was one of them that helped put the show where it was.”

“They brought Howie in. He got his own plane. I love Howie, and I don’t begrudge anyone earning what they earn,” she continued. “But, when my old a** has been there shooting the show, and I get an American Airlines ticket and he gets a private plane.”

She also found it peculiar that the men seem to have such long stints on the show: “There was him, L.A. Reid, who’s an older man, and in between, them was Demi Lovato and Britney Spears.”

“The guys looked like two high rollers in Vegas who picked up a couple of kids,” Osbourne continued. “I told L.A. Reid and I told Simon, it’s nothing I wouldn’t say to their face, ‘You look like two dirty old men’… these are kids.”

She concluded with an emphatic, “NBC can kiss my a**.”

“The Talk” airs weekdays at 2 p.m. ET/PT on Global.
