Adam Sandler Says He’ll Release A Movie ‘So Bad On Purpose’ If He Loses Out On An Oscar For ‘Uncut Gems’

Adam Sandler is serious about his recent dramatic turn in “Uncut Gems”.

The actor stopped by “The Howard Stern Show” on Tuesday to chat about the new film, which sees the comedian in a different light as Howard Ratner, a gambling addict trying to dig himself out of a massive hole.

But after losing to Adam Driver during Monday night’s Gotham Awards, Sandler has his sights set on an Oscars statue. Driver won Best Actor for his work in “Marriage Story”.

While chatting with Stern, Sandler joked that if he doesn’t score an Academy Award nomination, he’ll retaliate.

“If I don’t get it, I’m going to f**king come back and do one again that is so bad on purpose just to make you all pay,” he joked.

He added, “That’s how I get them.”

“Uncut Gems” hits big screens on Dec. 25.
