Hillary Clinton is opening up about her “disappointment” in fellow Democrat Bernie Sanders.
The former First Lady of the United States stopped by “The Howard Stern Show” on Wednesday to promote her new book, The Book of Gutsy Women, which she co-authored with her daughter Chelsea, and looked back at her hard run for President in 2016 and subsequent loss to Donald Trump.
And host Howard Stern didn’t hold back his questions either, getting straight to the point, he asked Clinton if Sanders could have endorsed her quicker.
“He could have,” she said. “He hurt me. There’s no doubt about it. He hurt me.”
“I’m disappointed,” Clinton added. “I hope he doesn’t do it again to whoever gets the nomination. Once is enough.”
And Clinton seems to feel the same about Lindsey Graham, who Clinton used to work and travel with.
“Has he sold his soul to the devil?” Stern asked.
“I don’t know the answer to that. I think that’s a fair question, however,” Clinton quipped. “I don’t know what’s happened to Lindsey Graham… it’s like he had a brain snatch.”
According to Clinton, Graham has transformed from one of Donald Trump’s harshest critics to his number one loyalist.
