Alanis Morissette is going incognito.
Appearing on “The Tonight Show” on Wednesday, the Canadian music icon joined host Jimmy Fallon to busk in a New York subway station… in disguise, of course.
Fallon was dressed up with a big fake beard, while Morissette donned a big coat, blonde wig, sunglasses, and a hat.
They started off with a rendition of the Christmas classic “The Little Drummer Boy”, getting some decent attention from commuters.
For their next song, “You Oughta Know”, Morissette and Fallon dropped the disguises to the surprise of the crowd of onlookers.
Later in the show, Morissette sat down for an interview and talked about how her legendary album Jagged Little Pill Wass initially rejected by labels.
