James Middleton Reveals The ‘Bravest Thing’ That He Has Ever Done Is Ask For Help

James Middleton is opening up about the “bravest thing [he has] ever done.”

The younger brother of Duchess Kate posted two pictures on Instagram on Thursday. One image is of his dog holding artist Charlie Mackesy’s book in his mouth and another of Mackesy’s illustration along with the quote, “What is the bravest thing you’ve ever said?” asked the boy. “Help,” said the horse.

The entrepreneur has been open about his struggles with mental health and how he finally sought help.

He added, “Not everyone has a GP they can call but @giveusashoutinsta is a 24/7 crisis text line. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help.”

Prince William and Kate Middleton launched Shout earlier this year under their HeadsTogether foundation.

The Duchess of Cambridge said at the time, “It’s able to offer support when it is crucially needed and the opportunity to turn lives around. This really is an important step for those desperately in need.”

While the Duke revealed that during the trial period, 60,000 people “who were feeling scared, frightened and alone” used the service.
