Following a huge album, Lover, an upcoming starring role in “Cats” and her title as “Woman Of The Decade” and “Artist Of The Decade” by Billboard and the America Music Awards, respectively, it’s no surprise that Taylor Swift is Forbes‘ top-earning musician of the year.
Swift came out on top of the annual list with earnings of $185 million. The sum comes from a new record deal with Republic Records, her endorsements deals and finishing up her Reputation stadium tour.
Back in July, Forbes also named Swift as the world’s top-earning entertainer in general, not just in the music world. She beat out Kylie Jenner at the number two and Kanye West at number three.
Following behind Swift is West, who sits at $150 million, thanks to his Yeezy clothing line, Sunday Service and his new album, Jesus Is King. Swift’s pal Ed Sheeran rounds out the top three with $110 million.
