DaBaby Performs Live Via Instagram After His Jet Breaks Down

That is the fan reaction after DaBaby went to great lengths to deliver a show to fans. The “Suge” rapper was scheduled to perform in his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday. DaBaby was en route from New York City when his jet broke down.

The 27-year-old artist told fans on Instagram that his private jet was experiencing technical difficulties and he would be unable to perform live in Charlotte: “Maintenance issues on this weak ass jet.🤦🏾‍♂️ Night of the hometown show 👎🏾.”

“B**ch, I’m mad as hell,” he said in a separate video. Later writing, “I’m sorry Charlotte. 😥”

Intent on putting on a show, DaBaby performed live via Instagram. That is right, DaBaby’s team connected his Instagram Live footage to the Bojangles’ Coliseum big screen and he proceeded to perform his concert online.

DaBaby is currently touring in support of his sophomore album Kirk. He will perform in Toronto on Dec. 10.
