Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster had a rather embarrassing moment on TV.
The couple appeared together on Monday’s “Loose Women” and the legendary singer got to talking about his age.

“You know, I’m sitting here thinking, ‘I’m 74, people are going mad,'” he said, when Penny interrupted and remarked: “Darling, you’re 75.”
Shocked, Stewart pushed back, “I’m not, I’m 74 now.”
“Oh, maybe not,” the 48-year-old model said. “I’m talking about my dad because he’s one year older. Sorry, my mistake. We all make mistakes, darling.”

She didn’t let it rest, pulling out her phone to Google when Stewart was born.
“1945 I was born, when the bombs were dropping!” he told her.
