Lauren London is partnering with athletic brand Puma for a new campaign that pays tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle, who was an ambassador for the brand before the rapper’s assassination earlier this year.
In a new video directed by Danny Williams, London — who is the mother of Hussle’s son, Kross — is seen in a variety of urban settings in Los Angeles, particularly in the neighbourhood that Hussle called home.
“I got a question only Lord knows; does life birth us twice?” asks London in voiceover narration of a poem written by Samantha Smith.

“Lauren London is proud to join forces with Puma to support her on this next chapter of her journey,” reads a statement from the company. “This piece was a creative vision Lauren wanted to bring to life to signify the continuation of her marathon alongside Puma. Forever Stronger.”
Days after Hussle’s death, London, 35, opened up about her grief in a heart-wrenching Instagram post. “I am completely lost,” she wrote. “I’ve lost my best friend. My sanctuary. My protector. My soul…. I’m lost without you. We are lost without you babe. I have no words.”
