IMDb’s 200 million monthly users have had their say.

On Wednesday, the definitive entertainment database revealed its lists of the best movies and TV shows of 2019, based on number of page views.

Topping the movies list at No. 1 is “Joker”, followed by “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood”, “Avengers: Endgame”, “Captain Marvel”, “It Chapter Two”, “The Lion King”, “Spider-Man: Far From Home”, “Alita: Battle Angel”, “Aladdin”, and “Us”.

“Game of Thrones” topped the TV list, followed by “Chernobyl”, “Stranger Things”, “The Umbrella Academy”, “The Boys”, “Black Mirror”, “The Walking Dead”, “Peaky Blinders”, “Sex Education”, and “You”.

IMDb also revealed its most anticipated new TV shows of 2020 with the “Star Trek” series “Picard” topping the list, followed close behind by Marvel’s “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”.

“The New Pope”, “The Walking Dead: World Beyond”, “Snowpiercer”, “The Stand”, “The Outsider”, “Stargirl”, “Hunters”, and “Katy Keene” also made the list.
