Kesha Teams Up With Brian Wilson, Sturgill Simpson For Emotional New Track ‘Resentment’

Kesha has released her self-shot music video for her latest track “Resentment”.

The singer teamed up with Brian Wilson, Sturgill Simpson and Wrabel for the emotional song.

Kesha sings, “I don’t hate you, babe, it’s worse than that / Cuz you hurt me, and I don’t react.”

The musician shot the video on her iPhone, using a VHS filter.

She said of working with some of her heroes on the track, “Brian Wilson is one of my personal musical heroes, so when he said he would collaborate with me on the recording… that moment was one of the most exciting in my career.”

“Then add in Sturgill who I respect and admire so much, as well as my close friend the insanely talented songwriter Wrabel, and this record felt more like a dream than just another song to me,” Kesha added, according to Rolling Stone.

Kesha’s upcoming album High Road is set to be released Jan. 10.
