Timothée Chalamet is always at the edge of new fashion trends.
Following Lizzo’s tiny purse at the American Music Awards, Chalamet walked the red carpet for the Paris premiere of “Little Women” carrying a small Eiffel Tower keychain.
He was also dressed in a magenta suit by Stella McCartney but everyone seemed fixated on the keychain.
The standard tourist souvenir can be found on every street corner and are often sold at discounted rates if you buy 10.

Yet the internet’s theory of what the keychain could mean is really as simple as it comes.
“Someone gave me that Eiffel Tower outside lol,” Chalamet wrote on his Instagram Stories.
So there you have it, the Eiffel Tower was just a gift. Not as exciting as Chalamet being a fashion god but reality never is.
