The former One Direction singer’s new album Fine Line was released Friday along with the new single “Cherry”, which features a cameo from his ex-girlfriend Camille Rowe.

At the end of the song, a recording plays of a woman speaking French. And while Rowe isn’t credited, fans deduced that it was her based on an interview on “Beats 1″ in which Styles teased that fans could expect an ex’s voice on the album.

“Hey! Are you asleep? Oh, I’m sorry/Well, no… nope, it’s not important,” the recording says, according to a translate by Genius. “Well then… we went to the beach and now we—/Perfect! Let’s go!”

Styles also adds his own response lyric, “I just miss your accent and your friends.”

Speaking to “Beats 1” host Zane Lowe, Styles said, “I asked her if it was okay. And she was okay with it. I think she liked it.”

Rowe and Styles dated for over a year, splitting up in 2018, but they have remained amicable.
