The Westerly Police Department has confirmed that 22-year-old Lucas H Vorsteveld had been arrested for trespassing near Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island beach house.
Apparently the man was caught getting out of the ocean, around 1 mile from Taylor’s beach home and when approached during a security check, the fan told cops he was enjoying a swim but got too close to the shoreline and turned back when he spotted Swift’s security officers.
He was taken into custody and charged with trespassing.
The Westerly Police Department told TMZ, “there is a zero tolerance policy for trespassers,”; and that they have already met with Taylor’s security team to discuss the matter.
