James Corden is doing what he can for charity this holiday season…by judging a bake-off.
Staff at “The Late Late Show” are once again raising money for the L.A. food bank by participating in a bake off and the judge is none other than their boss, James Corden.
“I don’t want to eat dozens of baked goods, but it’s for charity, I’m a good person, I do what I do,” Corden said.
While the host was able to narrow it down to three finalists with the help of his assistant Sarah, it was a long and hilarious journey for his staff.
“James said that as a Christmas gift this year I could judge the bake-off again instead of having to do work today, just as long as I get the work done this weekend,” Sarah said.
His first contestant unfortunately could not get her banana bread out of the pan.
“I would have loved for it not to be presented in the tin,” Corden jokingly told her.
Corden was not happy with his next contestant who presented a gluten-free baked good.
“If anyone else has done a gluten-free, you can just go home.”
Despite some harsh criticism from Judge Corden, the staff made it through the bake-off and a winner was eventually chosen. To see who was crowned the winner, watch the full video up top.
