Jessica Chastain is giving “A Most Violent Year” fans some hope for a sequel.
After a fan account shared a video of Chastain chatting with her “A Most Violent Year” co-star Oscar Issac, the actress teased a possible follow up to the 2014 film.
“Comforting to know Jessica Chastain loves Oscar just as much as the rest of us,” the fan account captioned the clip.
“I actually love him more ❤️,” she replied before adding, “(Shhhhh guess who may be visiting these characters again soon?…)”

Taking place in New York City in 1981, “A Most Violent Year” follows “an ambitious immigrant fights to protect his business and family during the most dangerous year in the city’s history.”
Chastain later earned another Golden Globe nod for her role as Anna Morales.
No official word if there will be a sequel.
