Brad Pitt won the Best Supporting Actor Golden Globe for his work in “Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood” and his acceptance speech itself deserved an award.
The actor took the stage where he thanked his “partner in crime” Leonardo DiCaprio, or as Pitt refers to him “LDC.”
“He is an all-star, he’s a gent and I wouldn’t be here without you,” Pitt added. He then quickly slipped in a “Titanic” joke: “Still, I would have shared the raft.”
Pitt, who showed up to the awards solo, also commented on how he wanted to bring his mother as his guest.
“I wanted to bring my mom but I couldn’t. Any woman I stand next to they say I’m dating. It would just be awkward,” he said, laughing.

He then ended his speech with a potent reminder.
“If you see the chance to be kind to someone tomorrow, take it. I think we need it,” he finished before walking off stage.
