Al Roker welcomed a pair of special guests to Friday morning’s edition of “Today”, and it was pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Roker reminded David that if Sanders does win the presidency in November, he’ll have a more-or-less full-time gig portraying Sanders on “SNL” — something that David wasn’t particularly thrilled about.

“Yes, that’s true,” David said, in character as Sanders. “It’s not going to be easy for me. It’ll be great for the country, terrible for me.”

Sanders saw things differently. “I’m giving you a good job for four years and you’re complaining!” he joked.

“He’s doing too well!” David complained as Sanders cracked up. “It’s frightening to me how well he’s doing. I have to rethink everything after this.”

Later in his appearance, David discussed the latest season of “Curb”, and what’s in store for fans.
