New year, new Ethan Suplee.
The “Remember The Titans” actor, 43, took to Instagram on Jan. 1 and showed off his completely ripped bod.
Suplee regularly documents his transformation on Instagram, but fans recently caught wind of the impressive change again and now he’s making headlines.
According to reports, Ethan has lost over 200 pounds and his drastic new look actually nearly cost him a role in the TV series “Chance.”
“Initially, the casting directors didn’t want me to come in because I’d lost a bunch of weight,” he told Entertainment Weekly. “Apparently they had proposed me a bunch of times, but the casting directors were like, ‘No, he’s too thin now.'”
“I’d gained a bunch of weight back because I actually didn’t find being thin all that it’s cracked up to be,” he added. “So we convinced them that I was heavier again, and I went in, and that was that. I was heavy enough.”
Suplee is known for his beloved roles in “Remember The Titans”, “My Name Is Earl” and “The Wolf Of Wall Street”. He also appeared in “Boy Meets World” in the ’90s.
Back in 2018, he appeared on Joey Diaz’s podcast, “The Church Of What Is Happening Now”, and revealed he was around 500 pounds in 2001.
