Roddy Ricch is officially a Billboard chart-topper.

According to Billboard, the rapper’s viral hit, “The Box”, hit number one on the charts surprisingly beating out Justin Bieber’s first solo single in four years, “Yummy”.

Reports blame Bieber’s number two debut on the timing of “Yummy”‘s release, as the Canadian cutie dropped the tune as all the Christmas music left the charts. But “The Box” just snuck ahead.

Last year, when Ed Sheeran dropped his track, “I Don’t Care” featuring Bieber, the same thing happened – it debuted at number two after another viral rap hit, “Old Town Road”, premiered.

Bieber was congratulatory to Ricch, taking to Twitter to send a sweet message to his fellow musician, “You had to go and make a banger smh! You’re the man. Love the song! Congrats on your first number one! Everyone go stream #TheBox.”
