Rami Malek admits he thought he was being pranked when Robert Downey Jr. first got in touch with him.
Downey Jr. fills in as guest host on Tuesday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show”, with him bringing out his “Dolittle” co-star Malek.

Malek admits, “I couldn’t even believe it was you for a second, I got the email from Robert and I thought Ok somebody’s playing tricks on me.
“Then they kept coming, and they were so witty that I thought it could be noone else but you.”
Downey Jr.’s appearance on the show also sees him surprise a huge “Iron Man” fan.
The actor welcomes Nicole and Andy Arambula, who credit the Marvel character for changing their autistic son Vincent’s life.
