ET Canada“s Erin Cebula joins “Rookie Blue”; stars Missy Peregrym and Gregory Smith in Vancouver to chat about the show’s success and how they’re still having fun on set three years later.
The pair started out as rookies on the TV series back in summer 2010 and as they head into their fourth season, they reveal the show’s following has surpassed their expectations. “We never in our wildest dreams expected that we’d still be doing this,”; Gregory tells Erin.
“Maybe not our wildest,”; adds Missy, with Gregory joking, “Well, you’re pretty wild.”;
One thing is certainly clear… the co-stars never stop having fun on set: “I like to think that it’s the chemistry between the people in real life – you know, we have a really great crew, cast, writers, producers – really from the top down.”;
And Gregory’s not only grown as an actor, he’s gotten the directing bug: “I love directing – you know I’ve done two so far.”; We can expect to see more Rookie Blue episodes directed by the star, who says he hopes to expand “that portion of my resume for a long time.”;
