Caitriona Balfe may be good at a lot of things but driving isn’t one of them.
Balfe appeared on Monday’s “Late Late Show”, where she told host James Corden that the California DMV had declared her one of the state’s worst drivers.
The “Outlander” star shared, “I do [think I’m a good driver]. I don’t think California DMV does. I may have gotten a few letters.
“I think the first letter I got said I was among one of California’s worst drivers and then the second said I was one of California’s worst drivers. I got two letters.”
Balfe, who was born in Dublin, Ireland, continued: “I think there’s a certain system I didn’t really understand so I had acquired a few tickets.
“They had said, ‘Do you want to go to driving school to get rid of these tickets?’ – and I was like, ‘Yes, I do?’ and expected an invitation.
“Well, I guess you just go online and do it, but I didn’t know that so I just accrued more points and then I was one of California’s worst drivers.”
Balfe also spoke about her latest movie “Ford v Ferrari”.
