Cranston starred in a “Shining”-inspired ad for Mountain Dew ahead of Super Bowl 2020. The “Breaking Bad” star recreated two of the film’s famous scenes.
First, Cranston crashed though a closet door — axe in hand — to inform a terrified Tracee Ellis Ross, “Here’s Mountain Dew Zero!”
In the closing scene, Cranston plays both of the nightmare-inducing twin girls before a sea of green Mountain Dew floods the house’s halls.
