Sporting new face framing bangs, Lauren Conrad radiates summer beauty on the July 2013 cover of Marie Claire. In one of her most revealing articles yet, the reality television darling dishes on love and life.
Now running her own mini-empire, Lauren shows readers that she has grown beyond her Hills days, telling Marie Claire that her clubbing phase is well behind her. “It feels done for me. I’m OK with it being done…I destroyed my voice when I moved to L.A.,”; explains Lauren. “There are polyps all over my vocal chords because I was in a lot of loud places. If you listen to the first episode of Laguna, my voice is completely different.”
Well-known for being notoriously private about her love life since leaving reality television, Lauren also opens up about her supportive new love of just over one year, William Tell: “He is very good for me because we have a lot in common as far as where we grew up. It’s the first time I’m with someone and I’m not explaining things.”; Lauren also tells Marie Claire that their mutual showbiz experience strengthens the relationship. “He also has experience in the entertainment industry, so he understands a lot of things that people don’t always get.” A match made in heaven, perhaps?
Having followed Lauren through her teens and twenties on Laguna Beach and The Hills, it seems that life just seems to get better with age for this California beauty.
