This morning Jack Osbourne’s wife Lisa Stelly shared the dreadful news, she lost her baby. I have been dreading this announcement,”; she wrote in her blog on raddestmom.com. “I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week.”;
Lisa, who only last month announced she was expecting, continued, “Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time.”;
Jack, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012, was named to the cast of this season’s Dancing With the Stars just last week. Despite this latest tragedy, he and his wife are staying positive and focusing on their 16-month-old daughter Pearl.
“It’s important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life’s toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives,”; adds Lisa.
After her announcement Lisa tweeted, “Cuddling my amazing, sweet hubby & shutting my eyes. Thank you for all the love & support. It means the world.”;
