Taylor Swift had better watch her back, because Simon Cowell has identified an up-and-comer who may be a challenger for her pop crown: ukulele-playing 12 year-old Grace VanderWaal, who made a huge first impression on the normally cranky judge on Tuesday’s “America’s Got Talent”;.
After a rousing performance of an original tune — that’s right, she’s also a songwriter — thunderous applause from the crowd led judge Howie Mandel to use his coveted Golden Buzzer on VanderWaal, describing the youngster as “a living, beautiful, walking miracle.”

Cowell had this to say: “Grace, you know what I predict for you? I think you are the next Taylor Swift.”
