The Terminator will be back, but you’ll have to wait until July 1, 2015 before you can see the newly-imagined, classic blockbuster movie.
The Paramount, Skydance and Annapurna production was originally slated for a June 26, 2015 release but was shifted a few days later–it will now open two days before Fox’s Independence Day 2 and Universal’s currently untitled animated Illumination Entertainment project.
Paramount also shuffled the release date for Alexander Payne’s black-and-white drama, Nebraska: it now opens November 15, 2013 instead of November 22, 2013. The film stars Bruce Dern and Will Forte as father and son who head off on a road trip when the father is convinced he’s won a sweepstakes.
And be on the look out next summer for the blockbuster, Transformers: Age of Extinction–it will open June 27, 2014 and will welcome Mark Wahlberg to the popular franchise.
