Late Thursday night, Sharon Stone shared the heartbreaking news on Twitter that her 11-month-old nephew and godson River Stone was in the hospital.
According to the post, River was found in his crib with “total organ failure.”
“Please pray for him. We need a miracle,” Stone wrote in her post.
Just days after her post, Stone shared the devastating update that little River has died.
“River William Stone,” she shared, captioning a slideshow of photos and videos of River’s short life. “Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021.”
In the comments, Stone received messages of support from fans and famous friends.
“Bless him sending so much love and prayer 
Ruby Rose added, “Praying for River and your whole family.”
