Looks like Macklemore’s getting the last laugh after the “Thrift Shop”; singer prank called a woman trying to scalp tickets to his concert on Craigslist.
The musician called up the would-be seller and told her he was an interested buyer, while producer/DJ Ryan Lewis sat next to him muffling laughter.
With his fake British accent and self-deprecating remarks (at one point he questions whether his own concert is worth $65 a ticket!), Macklemore’s hilarious trick goes on for several minutes–watch the prank in action in the video below:
