The tiny prince made a formal appearance for his christening on Oct. 23 where he was held by both his mother and father, and did a little mock wave to his grandmother, the queen.
In the issue People mag spoke to Middleton family friend Martin Fidler who quotes George’s grandmother, Carole Middleton as saying he “has a nice pair of below on him – a good set of lungs!” Martin also says the grandparents are “spoiling him rotten.”
The official christening photos of the royal family with Prince George taken by Jason Bell were released after his christening. The photos taken in the Morning Room at Clarence House show Kate looking on lovingly at George as their eyes meet, and William the proud father.
William and Kate’s first-born child was baptized in the Chapel Royal at St. James Palace using water from the River Jordan.
