Freakin’ sweet! That’s the phrase that four of the primary voice actors on animated hit Family Guy will surely be saying all the way to the bank now that they’ve received big, fat raises.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, “multiple sources”; are claiming that four Family Guy actors — Alex Borstein (Lois), Seth Green (Chris), Mila Kunis, (Meg) and Mike Henry (neighbour Cleveland Brown) — banded together to negotiate a salary increase. These sources indicate that the actors have been bumped up to between $175,000 and $225,000 each per episode for “at least two more seasons”; — and possibly up to five more seasons.

This deal is set to go into effect with the current season that’s in production, will is expected to begin airing in fall 2014. Not surprisingly, series creator Seth MacFarlane, who voices numerous characters including baby Stewie and Brian the dog, has a separate, larger deal that incorporates far more than just his voice work.

As The Hollywood Reporter points out, Fox hasn’t officially picked up any new seasons of the show beyond the 2014-15 season, but given that the show maintains a solid 3.3 rating among the highly desirable 18-49 demo and a 30-second commercial on the show is estimated to command upwards of a quarter-million dollars, it’s kind of a no-brainer that Family Guy has many more seasons ahead of it.

20th Century Fox TV, says The Hollywood Reporter, “declined comment.”;
